Florida Grand Jury Indicts Four Suspects In XXXTentacion Murder Case

Broward County is set to put the accused men on trial for killing the 20-year-old rapper.

(AllHipHop News) Dedrick Williams, Michael Boatwright, Trayvon Newsome, and Robert Allen have been indicted for the murder of Jahseh "XXXTentacion" Onfroy. The four men were charged with first-degree murder with a firearm and armed robbery.

Two of the suspects have been arrested. Williams was taken into custody just days following the shooting. Boatwright was already in jail for drug-related offenses when law enforcement officials arrested him for XXX's murder on July 10. Newsome and Allen currently remain at large.

Onfroy was shot multiple times outside of a motorcycle dealership in Deerfield Beach, Florida on June 18. Authorities believe two armed men attempted to rob the rapper for $50,000 cash before the incident turned violent. Boatwright has been named as the person that fired the fatal shot.

Police reportedly have evidence that places Williams and Boatwright in the vicinity of the store at the time of the shooting. Williams' girlfriend supposedly told investigators he admitted to her that Boatwright and Newsome committed the robbery and were involved in the shooting.
