According to Jackson's suit, Mayweather Jr physically assaulted her first back in 2012 by twisting her arm, choking her and forcibly removing her phone from her hand. The following year in April is allegedly when the second incident took place which involved Mayweather Jr. pointing a gun at Jackson's toes and asking "Which toe do you want me to shoot?'" The suit also alleges that Maywewather Jr held Jackson at gunpoint when having her remove her engagement ring.

The suit's defamation, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress charges are more than likely tied to Mayweather Jr's posting of her abortion documents on his personal Instagram account on May 1st.
