Former Federal Investigator Performs A Song Celebrating The Death Of Michael Brown At Event With Cops (VIDEO)

SINGER AT ELKS LODGE REFERS TO MICHAEL BROWN AS A “THUG”, “KING KONG”, “JUNKYARD DOG” & “ROADKILL”

(AllHipHop News) The shooting death of unarmed teenager Michael Brown at the hands of then Ferguson, Missouri police officer Darren Wilson has caused a polarizing response. Regardless of which side of the situation people fall on, most observers felt it was still a tragic situation. That does not seem to be the case for one man that performed at a charity event in Glendale, California.

TMZ obtain footage of Elks Lodge member Gary Fishell singing a parody of “Bad, Bad Leroy Brown” that celebrated the death of Michael Brown. The event, held last week, was hosted by retired LAPD Officer Joe Myers and was attended by numerous other current and former law enforcement officers. Fishell is an ex-investigator for the federal government.

The lyrics to the song included:

Michael Brown learned a lesson about a messin’
With a badass policeman

And he’s bad, bad Michael Brown
Baddest thug in the whole damn town
Badder than old King Kong
Meaner than a junkyard dog

Two men took to fightin’
And Michael punched in through the door
And Michael looked like some old Swiss cheese
His brain was splattered on the floor

And he’s dead, dead Michael Brown
Deadest man in the whole damn town
His whole life’s long gone
Deader than a roadkill dog

Both Myers and Fishell’s lawyer spoke to TMZ.

“[Fishell’s] a goofball who writes funny songs,” explained the attorney. “”He thought the room would get a kick out of it.”

“How can I dictate what [Fishell] says in a song?” said Myers. “This is America. We can say what we want. This is a free America.”

A trustee for the Lodge stated the event was not sponsored by the Elks Club. As a member, Myers had the right to use the space. The trustee mentioned that many of the other Glendale Elks Lodge members were upset about the song adding, “We don’t stand for any racist things like this.”

The exposure of the situation at the Elks Lodge comes after pro-police protesters wore shirts mocking the death of Eric Garner who was choked to death by a New York City cop and the shooting of two NYPD officers by an alleged anti-cop killer.
