(AllHipHop News) Foxy Brown's brother/rapper Gavin "Pretty Boy" Marchand was among the men arrested for allegedly using a stolen credit card to purchase designer clothes in Manhattan. Gavin Marchand was arrested last Saturday (August 7th) for allegedly possessing a forged American Express card to purchase almost $8,000 worth of clothes from the Hermes store on Madison Avenue.
