Frank Ocean is trying to make his stage name his real name but isn't having the best luck. In March, the "Novacane" singer applied to change his birth name, Christopher Breaux, to Frank Ocean but his request was recently rejected.
TMZ reports that a LA judge denied the singer's request because he has a poor driving record. In June, he got a ticket for driving with expired car insurance, in July he got pulled over for driving with his headlights off and in August he got caught going 31 miles over the speed limit. The Odd Future crooner also skipped the court dates associated with these tickets, which led to his license being suspended.
Frank can re-apply for the name change once his driving record is cleaned up.
