(AllHipHop News) Hot 97 personality Funkmaster Flex is back to taking aim at Drake and Cardi B. Flex has been slamming both rappers over accusations that they don't write all of their lyrics, and he continued his assault on Tuesday night.
"Hahahah! Dear Drake Stans! Your favorite artist has reference tracks, lost the battle to Pusha and is an 'ACTOR' turned 'RAPPER' telling us what the rules on battle rap should be? What words should I use/not use for the 'STAN' community?" tweeted the deejay.
Funk Flex also posted, "Hahahah! Male and female rappers that don’t write is called 'karaoke' with good marketing! We should dance to the music! BUT I don’t believe u on them songs!"
The latter tweet also seemed to be directed at Cardi who has openly admitted to getting help with writing rhymes from her longtime friend Pardison Fontaine. Flex continued to take what appeared to be subliminal shots at the Bronx rapstress.
"Notice the rappers that don’t write are the most sensitive about their music, the ones that play 'victim' and use social media instead of answering with bars!" he wrote, echoing an attack line Nicki Minaj used against Cardi in recent weeks.
After an extensive online exchange with Nicki on Monday, Cardi agreed with her rival that the two stars should "keep it positive." The "Money" rhymer echoed that sentiment last night with an Instagram Story post that read, "LET ME JUST STAY ON MY POSITIVE BUBBLE."
