Future Beats Drake To A New Record On The U.S. Charts

The rap star bested Drizzy's pretty impressive chart record.

(AllHipHop News) Future has overtaken his rapper pal Drake to score the most U.S. chart-toppers on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums countdown in the past decade.

Future Hndrxx Presents: The WIZRD has debuted at the top of the Billboard ranking, earning him his ninth number one, and putting him one ahead of Drake, having previously tied with eight apiece, including their joint 2015 release, What a Time to Be Alive.

Chris Brown, The Weeknd, J. Cole, and The Game are all hot on their heels, tying at three with five number ones each since 2010.

However, all artists have a little way to go before claiming the title on the all-time Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart-toppers list, which is currently held by The Temptations, who have 16 to date.
