Future Cancels Australian Tour To Mourn The Loss Of Engineer And Friend

Future Has cancelled a series of dates in Australia, to mourn the loss of a good friend.

(AllHipHop News) Atlanta rapper Future is heading back to the United States, after canceling his tour of Australia and New Zealand.

Tragedy struck the rappers inner circle this week, when long time engineer Seth Firkins passed away.

As a result Future, who had already played gigs in Melbourne and Perth, has decided to pull the plug on his tour down under.

"We regret to advise that a very close friend of Future's has passed away, as a result he is rushing back to the USA to attend the funeral," a statement from Live Nation read.

According to Live Nation, fans are being offered a full refund for the impact the dates, which included stops in Auckland, Sydney, and Brisbane.

"Live Nation wish to offer Future their condolences at this difficult time and we know his fans will too," Live Nation said.

It is not yet known how many of the dates on the X tour will be impacted as Future mourns, but here are the rest of the dates below:
