Future Ends Historic U.S. Chart Run With 166 Weeks On The Hot 100

Future's reign on the charts comes to an end.

(AllHipHop News) Rapper Future has quietly become a U.S. chart staple after spending a consecutive 166 weeks on the Billboard 100 countdown.

His "King’s Dead" collaboration with Kendrick Lamarck has just fallen out of the chart, marking Future's first Hot 100 absence since April, 2015.

The run has given the rap star the fifth-longest charting streak ever - only fellow rappers Drake, Lil Wayne, and Nicki Minaj, and Rihanna have spent longer spells on the countdown.

Future's run began with "Commas" and has included 53 mentions for tracks including "Mask Off" and "Low Life."
