(AllHipHop News) A$AP Rocky's situation in Sweden remains unresolved.

The New York rapper has been detained behind bars since the beginning of July, and recently Swedish prosecutors requested they hold him for another week.

The incident stemmed from a brawl between some locals and A$AP Rocky alongside his security guard, with videos posted online of the harassment he received.

G-Eazy recently showed his support to Rocky.

Earlier this year in May, the Bay Area rapper was locked up in Stockholm after punching a security guard inside a club and also snorting coke with a $100 bill.

He was then arrested for assault and use of narcotics. He was only sentenced a $10K fine and probation, in addition to having to pay the security guard $900.

“Facts. This is the sad truth...The difference between me and Rocky’s treatment and process in Sweden brings to mind two concepts that disgustingly go hand in hand: white privilege and systemic racism. Let's call it what it is.”

He continues, “He should not be behind bars right now. My heart goes out to my brother @asaprocky and his team. We're riding for yall. #JusticeForRocky #FreeRocky.”

Jada Pinkett Smith took to her own 1.38M followers on Twitter to compare the two situations.

She states, “Hold it ... G-Eazy got to strike a deal a day and half after possession of drugs and assault charges??? But you’re holding Rocky. We got the message loud and clear Sweden. Trust me ... we got it.”
