Game Loses Lawsuit Against Viacom; Will Have To Pay $7 Million Over Sex Assault

Game has lost another round in court over sexual assault allegations.

(AllHipHop News)* Compton rapper Game is on the hook to pay a huge settlement over sexual assault allegations.

Earlier this week, a Los Angeles judge threw out of 20 million dollar lawsuit filed by Game against of Viacom.

Game, born Jayceon Taylor, lost a 2015 suit brought against him by Priscilla Rainey.

Rainey claimed she was assaulted during a scene in a Los Angeles bar for “She’s Got Game,” in which women competed for the rapper's love.

Game took Viacom officials to court to cover the costs of the default judgment and sought over $13 million in damages.

Game claimed Viacom should never have allowed Rainey to appear on the show, as she has a long criminal history, which includes felony arrests for aggravated battery.

On June 5, a judge came back with his decision and sided with Viacom and dismissed Game’s case

The judge ruled Viacom’s was within their first amendment rights to cast Rainey in the show.

The judge threw out the case and also denied the rapper any opportunity to amend his complaint.

Rainey is also still suing Game in court, claiming he is hiding his money to avoid paying the $7 million dollarty after the judgment was ordered, The Game took to Instagram and wrote, "That thirsty Gatorade mascot of a transvestite WILL NEVER see $10,000,000 or anything close 2 a penny of my money... this broad ain't gettin sjudgmentEvery girl on that show will tell u I never touched this chick or ever desired to be anywhere near her."
