(AllHipHop News) There's a lot of debate among Hip Hop heads about which Kendrick Lamar album is the greatest. 2012's good kid, m.A.A.d city just reached a milestone that will give fans of the project new ammo for their position.
GKMC has now spent a total of 300 weeks on the Billboard 200 chart. K. Dot's major label debut is just the fourth Hip Hop LP to reach that impressive mark.
Kendrick's good kid, m.A.A.d city joins Eminem's Recovery (312), The Eminem Show (354) and Curtain Call: The Hits (403) in the exclusive 300-week club. In fact, only 22 albums have spent at least 300 weeks on the Billboard 200.
GKMC hosts the hit records "B*tch, Don't Kill My Vibe," "Swimming Pools (Drank)" and "Poetic Justice" featuring Drake. The triple-platinum album also earned Kendrick six Grammy nominations, including nods for Best New Artist and Album of the Year.
For the record, Lamar was asked to rank his discography in 2017. He responded by listing them in order: DAMN, good kid, m.A.A.d city, To Pimp a Butterfly, and Section.80.
