(AllHipHop News) Last month, Belcalis "Cardi B" Almánzar was finally able to officially serve YouTuber Latasha "Tasha K" Kebe in a defamation of character lawsuit. The unWinewithTashaK blogger is firing back with her own $1 million federal suit.
The Blast reports Kebe is suing the "Money" rapper for defamation as well. Tasha K is claiming Cardi wrongly implicated her in creating fake news. The pregnant gossiper is also alleging she received "gang-related threats” from Cardi's fans which led to emotional distress, anxiety, panic, stress, insomnia, humiliation, and depression.
The legal drama stems from a 2018 interview Latasha had with a woman named Starmarie Ebony Jones who asserted she once lived with a pre-famous Belcalis. That conversation on unWine included Jones presenting a lot of accusations about Cardi that were later debunked.
Tasha K says she proposed doing a response interview with Cardi B, but the Bronx-raised entertainer allegedly declined the offer. Cardi is also reportedly suing Jones for defamation.
According to Cardi's lawsuit, Kebe uploaded at least 23 videos and numerous social media posts about her over a 14-month period. Tasha K's content supposedly included unfounded accusations that Cardi was a prostitute with herpes and her daughter was endangered of being born with intellectual disabilities.
Tasha K has also been blamed for promoting false stories about Waka Flocka, Travis Scott, and Cardi B's husband Offset. Plus, other YouTube channels such as lovelyti2002, Daytime Tea Time, The Armon Wiggins Show, sweetma4life, Lioness Of Judah, and Camille's Corner have suggested unWinewithTashaK publicizes misleading or blatantly inaccurate reports.
