(AllHipHop News) Gucci Mane's altercation with a woman in Atlanta in 2011 will cost him over six figures in punitive damages.
A judge has ordered Gucci to pay almost $60,000 to a woman named Diana Graham, who was pushed out of the rapper's moving Hummer in January of 2011, after she refused a proposition for sex.
Graham eventually sued Gucci for mental anguish, pain and emotional distress.
TMZ.com reports that Graham won a default judgment, because Gucci Mane failed to show up in court, in addition to submitting false testimony.
If Gucci Mane does not settle the debt, Diana Graham has a court order that allows her to seize the rappers assets, including bank accounts, cars to settle the debt.
