(AllHipHop News) The Drake versus Meek Mill situation was definitely the most talked about rap feud of the summer, but the most competitive battle of bars was perhaps Funk Volume versus Horseshoe Gang. Once FV laid down a $500,000 challenge to face off against any other crew, Crooked I's little brothers stepped up and fired on wax.
The result was back-to-back-to-back responses from the two camps. Horseshoe Gang dropped "Half A Meal" first. Funk Volume came back with "Free Meal," and HG returned fire in a matter of hours with "Same Day."
Julius, Demetrius, Kenny, and Dice of Horseshoe Gang sat down with VladTV to discuss their competition with Hopsin, Dizzy Wright, and Jarren Benton. Even though they don't have the same size fan base as Funk Volume, the Knocking On Raps Door EP creators made it clear they still came out the winners in the contest in their view.
