Houston Producer Mr. Lee Accused of Beat Fraud In New Lawsuit
(AllHipHop News) Houston producer Mr. Lee is currently under fire, as he's the target of a new lawsuit filed by Ryan Elder, President and CEO of Elder Entertainment.
Artists that Mr. Lee has produced for include Rick Ross, Lil Wayne, 2 Chainz and a long list of others.
Elder alleges that Mr. Lee, along with Theron Parker, Chad "BC" Newton and David Smith aka "David Stunts," took funds from him without providing many of the contractually agreed upon services.
More specific accusations include the double selling of beats that Mr. Lee claimed to produce, but were allegedly the work of other parties.
In his accusation, Elder identifies Slim Thug and Beatking as two artists who have purchased beats from Mr. Lee, although they were already contractually owned by Elder.
