Rapper/actor Ice-T is slated to be the national spokesman for Posse Pops ice cream. The ice cream is the creation of Rick Brown, an ice cream vet who worked at Ben and Jerry’s for 20 years.
Posse Pops will come in a variety of sweet flavors and wrapped in packaging that will educate the kids on safe sex and discourage them to use illegal drugs. The ice cream is marketed and promoted directly to urban kids.
Ice-T is a co-star on NBC’s “Law and Order: Special Victims Unit.” The entertainer recently announced he would executive produce “Beyond Tough,” a show that focuses on individuals whose careers put them in danger daily.
