(AllHipHop News) It's coming. After posting photos from the studio and releasing a couple of singles, J. Cole's Dreamville Records appears to be ready to drop the star-studded Revenge Of The Dreamers III.
A trailer for a behind-the-scenes documentary covering the label compilation hit the internet on Wednesday. Cole can be heard saying in the video, "I had this idea - let’s go somewhere, lock in, and invite a bunch of outside producers and artists to come f*ck with us and just make this album."
Cole was joined in Atlanta for the #ROTDIII sessions by fellow Dreamville representatives J.I.D, Ari Lennox, Bas, EarthGang, Omen, Lute, and Cozz. According to reports, other Hip Hop artists such as T.I., Rick Ross, Curren$y, DJ Khaled, Wale, Vince Staples, 6lack, Rapsody, Big K.R.I.T., Isaiah Rashad, and Ski Mask The Slump God were also in attendance.
Cozz recently spoke about the experience creating songs with his fellow rap stars inside Tree Sound Studios. The Los Angeles emcee said, "It’s only three rooms to record in, so you got to get in where you fit in real quick. If a song’s hard that you want to get on, you better write your song quick.”
Dreamville Presents: Revenge was directed by David Peters. Jermaine Cole, Ibrahim Hamad, Adam Roy Rodney are credited as executive producers for the film. Revenge Of The Dreamers III is Dreamville's follow-up compilation to 2015’s Revenge Of The Dreamers II.
