J. Cole Takes Over For Kendrick Lamar At Abu Dhabi Grand Prix

Kendrick Lamar had to back out of a Big Show in Abu Dhabi so J. Cole is taking over.

(AllHipHop News) J. Cole will fill in for Kendrick Lamar at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix after the rapper pulled out for "personal reasons."

Kendrick was due to perform in the United Arab Emirates city as part of the pre-race festivities on November 24.

However, race organizers announced the "Deja Vu" musician would play instead.

"Unfortunately, for personal reasons out of our control, Kendrick Lamar is unable to perform on Friday 24th November," a post on the website of Abu Dhabi's Yas Marina circuit read.

The race is the final one in the 2017 Formula 1 season, after which Lewis Hamilton will be formally crowned as the motor sport's world champion.

The British driver wrapped up the title at the Mexican Grand Prix earlier this month by building an unassailable lead in the championship standings.
