J. Cole Talks Atheism, Religion, & XXXTentacion’s Music

The North Carolina rep speaks with Adam22.

(AllHipHop News) XXXtentacion already got public backing from Kendrick Lamar and Erykah Badu. But what does J. Cole think about the controversial artist's music?

The Dreamville Records leader discussed XXX during a videotaped conversation with No Jumper host Adam22. At first, the two talked about atheism, religion, and science before Cole spoke about the 17 album creator.

"I was so disconnected for so long to what was going on. I just stopped being a fan," stated Cole. "Last year, I decided I have to stop that sh-t. I have to allow myself to be a fan of what the f-ck enters my life."

He continued, "So last year, when the kid X got punched on stage, and it was clearly big enough to make it into my realm... that leads me to hear some of his sh-t. It's like damn this n-gga is actually talented."
