J. Cole's '2014 Forest Hills Drive' First Week Sales Are In

PEEP THE BORN SINNER’S FIRST WEEK SALES FOR HIS THIRD ALBUM!

After J. Cole dropped 2014 Forest Hills Drive just 23 days after announcing its release, it was set to have the best first week sales for a hip-hop album of 2014.  According to Hits Daily Double, the Born Sinner emcee’s third studio album has debuted at number one on Billboard 200 charts with 361,120 copies sold.

The North Carolina native has dethroned America’s sweetheart Taylor Swift’s 1989 album from the top spot, outselling her by more than 80,000. 2014 Forest Hills Drive is the Dreamville rep’s highest selling album compared to his first two projects, J. Cole: The Sideline Story and Born Sinner.
