(AllHipHop News) Hip Hop mogul Jay Z has been tapped for a cover story in the November issue of Vanity Fair. In what the magazine is calling "his most revealing interview ever," the 43-year-old emcee discusses trademarking his daughter Blue Ivy's name, the 2008 election of Barack Obama, his drug dealing past, his new job as a sports agent with Roc Nation Sports, pursuing his wife Beyoncé, and his "guesstimated" $500 million fortune.
"I’m not motivated by that," says Jay about Forbes putting his net worth at half a billion dollars. "I don’t sit around with my friends and talk about money, ever. On a record, that’s different.”
Jay previously appeared on the Vanity Fair cover in 2007. His superstar spouse has also been featured on the publication's front on a few occasions. In the latest edition, the Brooklyn rapper says his line "She was a good girl ’til she knew me" from Magna Carta Holy Grail's "Part II (On The Run) is about Beyoncé adding, "she’s gangsta now.”
