Jay-Z's is planning to double the size of his
nightclub, 40/40 in New York.
The club is negotiating with the landlord, Adams
& Co. to add 5,000 square fee to the main lounge and 3,000 for a second-floor
Derek Jeter, Michael Jordon, Deion Sanders, Denzel
Washington and other celebrities regularly pop into the hot spot, which features
white leather couches, chairs suspended from the ceiling and almost 30 televisions
located around the entire club.
The club features a cigar room and two VIP rooms,
which feature pool tables, PlayStation 2's and Xboxes.
