Jay-Z Releases Tidal Playlist Of His Favorite Rap Songs Of 2018

(AllHipHop News) A lot of Hip Hop followers name Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter as their favorite rapper of all time. Well, Jay is a fan of the culture too, so it comes as no surprise that the Roc Nation boss has his favs too.

Hov created a year-end playlist for Tidal. The 21-track collection includes some of the G.O.A.T. contender's favored songs of 2018.

Tracks by established rap stars such as Pusha T, Drake, Nas, Lil Wayne, Kanye West, and Travis Scott made the list. Plus, Jay chose records from fresh faces and underground emcees like Lil Baby, Gunna, Sheck Wes, Rapsody, and Mozzy.

The Cool & Dre-produced "Black Effect" off The Carters' Everything Is Love duet LP is also one of Jay's favorites from the year. Besides teaming with his wife Beyoncé for that project, the music icon appeared on '18 albums by Drake and Meek Mill.
