Jay-Z's 40/40 Club Sued By Guy Beat Up In Jermall Charlo's Brawl Over Diamonds

The rap mogul's club was the scene of a wild fight and theft, and now the lawsuits are flying like the fists.

(AllHipHop News) Jay-Z's 40/40 Club be paying out some money to a patron who claims he was injured inside of the famed venue in New York.

A guy named Jose Irizarry claims he was minding his business one night when a massive brawl broke out inside of the club.

The fight appeared to be connected to a brawl sparked by an altercation involving Jermall Charlo, after a Louie Vuitton bag filled with his diamonds went missing.

A 40-year-old woman named Sarah Morin was eventually arrested for the $150,000 theft.

Irizarry says he was just an innocent bystander during the whole thing, but he still caught a beat down.

He claims he was attacked during the fight and is blaming the venue's lack of security for his injuries.

Irizarry claims he was struck in the head and beaten badly during the fight, which left him unable to work and with some big medical bills.

He is suing the 40/40 Club for medical bills, lost wages and pain and suffering.
