Jeezy Discusses His Friendship With Jay-Z

"We're coming together as black men with power and knowledge."

(AllHipHop News) Over the last two decades, Jeezy and Jay-Z have joined forces on numerous songs such as "Go Crazy," "My President Is Black (Remix)" and "Seen It All."

It seems clear that the Atlanta hustler and the Brooklyn emcee have a relationship beyond the music. Jeezy did an interview with Hot 97, and he was asked about his friendship with Hov.

"I think it's because we're cut from the same cloth. I think we have a lot of the same morals. That's what makes it real," said Jeezy about his connection with Jay-Z.

The Snowman added, "We don't really talk about music or business. If it comes across, it's general... We just hang like two entrepreneurs would hang out... We're not coming together as rappers. We're coming together as black men with power and knowledge. Everything is all about inspiring the other."

According to Jeezy, he and Jay-Z have more records together than The Notorious B.I.G. and Jay. The Trap music pioneer recently released the new tunes "Cold Summer" featuring Tee Grizzley and "Bottles Up" featuring Puff Daddy.
