(AllHipHop News) A judge has granted rapper Juelz Santana's request to return to the home he shares with his girlfriend, while he awaits sentencing in an airport gun case.
Juelz, real name LaRon James, was arrested in March, when security officials at Newark Liberty International Airport found a loaded .38-caliber handgun and non-prescribed Oxycodone pills in a carry-on bag containing Santana's identification.
He is currently out on bail and living with his mother in New Jersey, while completing an anger management program following a domestic violence incident involving himself and his girlfriend, Kimbella Vanderhee, but the judge overseeing his case has agreed to let Santana move back in with his lover.
The 36-year-old still has to complete anger management and domestic violence counseling and has to seek permission to leave the home he shares with Kimbella.
The rapper is facing up to 20 years behind bars after pleading guilty to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and carrying a weapon on an aircraft.
He will be sentenced on December 12.
