Judge Grants Kodak Black's Motion For Return Of Personal Items

A judge is making cops give Kodak Black his stuff back.

(AllHipHop News) A judge has ordered police to return a host of Kodak Black's personal items which were confiscated during a raid earlier this year.

The hip-hop star, born Dieuson Octave, was sentenced to serve a year behind bars after he was slapped with a number of felony counts following a Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team raid on the Florida home he was sharing with friends in January.

He also claimed they took "gold and diamond medallions" and thousands in cash, and petitioned the court to have the items returned to him.

A judge granted his motion, and the rapper will soon receive the items, which includes two phones, several paintings and $26,527 in cash.

The news comes shortly after it was revealed Octave had changed his real name to Bill K. Kapri.
