Juice WRLD's 'Death Race For Love' On Pace To Spend A Second Week At No. 1

The "Robbery" crooner is one of the most popular artists in America right now.

(AllHipHop News) Chicago rhymer Juice WRLD shocked some music industry insiders when his Death Race For Love pulled in 165,000 album units to debut at #1 on the Billboard 200 chart. It looks like Juice could repeat in the top spot.

HitsDailyDouble reports that Death Race For Love is projected to collect another 65,000 - 70,000 units in its second week of release. That total will likely be enough for Juice to edge out Ariana Grande's Thank U, Next (60,000 - 65,000 units).

21 Savage's I Am > I Was and A Boogie wit da Hoodie's Hoodie SZN are the only Hip Hop projects to spend more than one week at #1 on the Billboard 200 this year. Future's The Wizrd spent one week in the pole position.

Juice WRLD is also monopolizing the Hot 100 chart. He currently has the most entries on the latest tally (7) and the second most total entries of 2019 (12). The freestyle master born Jarad Higgins also sits at #1 on the Billboard Artist 100.

"B*TCHHHHHH🖤🖤🖤 thank God for this I love every single last one of my fans and supporters remember this is still just the beginning I have yet a whole new wrld [sic] of art to show this world," tweeted Juice in reaction to dethroning Grande as the most popular musician in the country for the week of March 23, 2019.
