In the '90s and early 2000s, Juicy was an independent record label boss/producer with his group Three 6 Mafia and his company, Hypnotize Minds with DJ Paul.
In 2015, Juicy, who is also a part-owner of Wiz Khalifa's Taylor Gang imprint, decided to put up some money and invest in Core Hydration premium bottled water.
The investment has paid off for the rapper since Keurig Dr. Pepper acquired Core Hyrdation in a deal worth $525 million.
Juicy was one of several celebrities who invested in the company just four years ago.
Other celebs scoring a huge payday include Juicy's "Dark Horse" collaborator Katy Perry, Becky G, Diplo, and Max Martin.
The brand has been blowing up since its 2015 launch. This year, the company is on pace to do $200 million in retail sales.
