(AllHipHop News) Bay area rapper Kamaiyah was put behind bars, after an incident at Bradley International Airport in Hartford Connecticut.
According to reports, the rapper refused to remove her "head cover" after it set off an alarm as she passed through a TSA security checkpoint.
Police accuse the rapper of belligerent and using foul language when they told her she could not proceed forward to her flight if she refused to comply and remove the head cover.
Cops say Kamaiyah continued an expletive-laced based rant even after she was arrested. She was charged with interfering with police and second-degree breach of peace charges.
Kamaiyah was released after posting $5,000 bond and is due back in Superior Court in Connecticut on June 6.
Kamaiyah recently dropped a buzzing new song called "The Wave" and performed at Coachella last month.
