(AllHipHop News) Speculation has been swirling around Kanye West's current management situation. At one point, there were rumors that Kanye hired his mother-in-law Kris Jenner as his new manager, but Kylie Jenner came out to deny her mom was taking over the rapper's career.
Then this week, media outlets began reporting Ye did part ways with his manager Scooter Braun. The Chicago-raised entertainer returned to his favorite social media platform to address the news.
"I no longer have a manager. I can't be managed," wrote West on Twitter. "I'm nobody's 'client.'"
He added, "yes I got rid of my last lawyer why? Because he wouldn't come to work full time. I also asked my last manager to come work full time for Yeezy of course the last lawyer and manager said no. So now I hired a CEO and a CFO and i have two full time lawyers as of now."
The sudden administrative turnover in his career led to articles claiming people around Kanye are worried about his mental state. The G.O.O.D. Music leader was hospitalized for a psychiatric observation in 2016.
