(AllHipHop News) It's not surprising that Kanye West's 2018 is coming to an end with more tabloid fodder. This time Ye had to apologize for his actions at a Broadway play.
West and his wife Kim Kardashian attended the first night of The Cher Show in New York City*.* The musical's star Jarrod Spector called out Kanye on Twitter.
"Hey [Kanye West] so cool that you’re here at [The Cher Show] If you look up from your cell phone you’ll see we’re doing a show up here. It’s opening night. Kind of a big deal for us. Thanks so much," wrote Spector.
That tweet collected over 20,000 likes on the social media platform. A few hours later, Kanye responded to the actor that plays Sonny Bono in the production.
"The dynamics of Cher and Sonny’s relationship made Kim and I grab each other’s hand and sing 'I got you babe,' West replied. "Please pardon my lack of etiquette. We have so much appreciation for the energy you guys put into making this [masterpiece]."
This year has seen Kanye West issue several mea culpas. In September, he apologized to Drake for apparent tension between the two rappers, and he also said sorry for his controversial comments about slavery being a choice.
