(AllHipHop News) Kanye West is not out of the legal woods yet even though he will not face felony charges after a scuffle with a paparazzi videographer at LAX.
High-powered celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred will now represent celebrity chaser Daniel Ramos in hopes of gaining more traction in his effort against the rapper/producer.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Allred and Ramos held a press conference Wednesday where they outlined their grievances. Allred even suggested that Ramos would accept an apology as a big first step to resolution. "That would be a start. Kanye needs to do the right thing," Allred said.
Ramos charges in his complaint that he has suffered "great mental, physical and nervous pain and suffering" and was "was prevented from attending to his usual occupation as a photographer and has suffered, and will suffer, lost earnings."
Furthermore, he said the assault resulted in "sustained injuries to his right hip, as well as accompanying pain and emotional distress."
They did not reveal if they would seek civil damages against Kanye West.
Kanye still may be slapped with misdemeanor charges.
