(AllHipHop News) Kanye West's controversial sculpture used in his video for "Famous" could bring the artist up to $4,000,000 according to art gallery Blum & Poe in Los Angeles, who recently displayed the art piece.
Rolling Stone reports that the sculpture, which features 12 life-like celebrities such as Amber Rose, Taylor Swift, Donald Trump and more in bed together, went on exhibit August 24, the day before West embarked on his Saint Pablo tour.
"I did the math in my head, and it took $500,000 to a million just to make it," says Los Angeles artist Aaron Axelrod, an estimate which Blum & Poe gallery co-founder Tim Blum calls "a good ballpark."
A sale of the artwork is not certain, as the piece was placed on display last minute.
However, the sculpture could soon make its appearance in many cities, as a member of West's team confirmed that the piece was already on its way to its next location.
"I have friends who are directors of museums. This is a thing you could see at Lacma, MOCA or the Hammer very easily,"says Blum.
