Kendall Jenner, Other Top Models Subpoenaed Over Millions From Fyre Festival

A battle to find money from the most famous, flop of a festival in history continues in court.

(AllHipHop News) The trustees handling the bankruptcy case of the failed Fyre Festival are going after some famous models in an attempt to find millions of dollars.

According to reports, Kendall Jenner, was paid over $200,000 to promote the festival, while agencies representing Bella Hadid and Hailey Bieber raked over $1 million.

In total, investigators are trying to find over $5 million in funds investors lost in McFarland's scam so they have subpoenaed the top models in the case.

The disastrous festival, co-founded by rapper Ja Rule, was canceled not long after guests started to arrive at the Great Exuma, Bahamas site in April, to find a lack of accommodation and poor facilities.

Fyre Festival founder Billy McFarland was eventually convicted of fraud and thrown in prison for six years for the scam.
