Kendrick Lamar Gets His Start In The Real Estate Business With A Mansion

Rap star Kendrick Lamar is getting into a new business venture that has nothing to do with music.

(AllHipHop News) Kendrick Lamar is taking cue's from his mentor Dr. Dre and scooping up pricey real estate to flip.

According to reports, Kendrick is the new owner of a $2.5 million mansion, which the rapper plans to rent out.

The 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom is 5,400 square feet also comes with amenities like an inground pool, a home gym, huge fireplaces and more.

Kendrick, who is signed to Dr. Dre's Aftermath imprint, appears to be following Dre's footsteps in the real estate game.

In addition to making a fortune producing records for artists like Eminem, 50 and of course K.Dot, Dr. Dre is also reportedly a savvy real estate investor as well.

In 2013, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian were trying to buy an $11 million plot of land from Dre, to purchase a mega-mansion.

Kim and Kanye ended up building a $60 million mansion in Bel-Air, and Dre ended up selling the plot of land for a whopping $32 million.

Dre then copped a $40 million mega-mansion from Tom Brady in 2017.
