Are you excited to see a television program from the Hip Hop star?

(AllHipHop News) Scott "Kid Cudi" Mescudi influenced an entire generation of music fans with projects like A Kid Named Cudi and Man on the Moon: The End of Day. The native Ohioan recently teamed up with his mentor Kanye West for Kids See Ghosts, but he's looking to move into another art form.

"Creating is making me happy again. I’ve been working on this TV show secretly for four years," Cudi toldBillboard. "I’m [in early development] on a pilot and getting it right. Monkeypaw Productions is [in talks to] produce it -- Jordan Peele’s company."

Monkeypaw produced the television series Key & Peele and The Last O.G. The company is also responsible for the Oscar-winning movie Get Out as well as the upcoming Spike Lee-directed film BlacKkKlansman.

Kid Cudi has experience in TV too. He was a cast member for HBO's How to Make It in America. Mescudi also appeared in motion pictures such as Need for Speed, Entourage, and James White.
