(AllHipHop News) Rap star Kodak Black made his first appearance in court today after he was arrested and jailed at the Rolling Loud festival in Miami.
Kodak appeared in court this afternoon, was hit with a charge of making a false statement while attempting to purchase a firearm.
Investigators have accused Kodak of "forgetting" to mention he was under indictment by the feds when he bout a gun from a licensed firearms dealer.
The rap star's lawyer Bradford Cohen claimed Kodak made a "mistake" when he filled out the form.
Kodak Black's next appearance in court is slated to take place on Wednesday.
Kodak Black, real name Bill Kapri, was arrested on Saturday, just before he arrived at the Rolling Loud festival in Miami.
