(AllHipHop News) Fans of Kodak Black were upset that he did not show up to a scheduled concert in Boston on Wednesday. It turns out the 21-year-old born Dieuson Octave (now known as Bill K. Kapri) is in custody.
According to TMZ, Kodak and three other individuals were apprehended by United States Customs and Border Protection agents while trying to enter the U.S. at the Canadian border. Kodak was reportedly arrested for felony criminal possession of a weapon and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
The Dying to Live album creator is supposedly being held on $40,000 bond or a $20,000 cash bond. Kodak Black has dealt with numerous legal issues throughout his career. He served time in Florida for misdemeanor drug charges, and he is facing a first-degree criminal sexual conduct charge in South Carolina.
