(AllHipHop News) Prosecutors in Miami won in court today in their bid to keep rap star Kodak Black jailed.
Kodak was busted on May 11 during the Rolling Loud weekend in Miami, over claims he made a false statement on a government form while attempting to purchase firearms.
The 21-year-old rapper is also being investigated for a February shooting in Florida, after cops supposedly found his fingerprint on one of the guns and in a Porsche used in a drive-by shooting in Pompano Beach, Florida.
Additionally, Kodak is still facing a sexual assault case in South Carolina which stems from the allegations of a teenage girl in 2016.
The rap star was given a $500,000 bond over claims he lied on his application for guns and he put up his house as collateral.
But just as Kodak was about to be released, prosecutors in the South Carolina rape case moved to revoke his bond in that case, and he has been imprisoned ever since.
Earlier today, a judge ruled Kodak is a "danger to the community."
Now the rapper will stay in jail until his trial on the forgery charges, which will take place late in the Summer, according to reports.
