(AllHipHop News) Pompano Beach rapper Kodak Black is in trouble with the law again as he reportedly was a no show at a performance and instead took a Valentines Day trip to Puerto Rico.
Hendry County Club promoters Willy Cenecharles and Carl Richardson claim that Kodak Black missed his scheduled performance at the Latinos Nigh Club in Labelle, Florida, after they agreed to pay him $7,000 with half coming upfront.
The Florida promoters recently filed a lawsuit against Black and Dollaz N Dealz Entertainment LLC for violations of Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, breach of contract, and fraud, adding to the budding stars woes.
This is not Kodak Black's first run in with the law.
On May 18th Kodak Black, born Dieuson Octave, was detained for warrants on charges such as armed robbery, and in April Kodak Black reportedly led the police on a high speed chase after being busted in a drug deal in Hallandale Beach, Florida.
