Kodak Black Wants His Cash And Jewels Back From The Cops
(AllHipHop News) Rapper Kodak Black is after a boatload of cash and jewels the authorities confiscated after a Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team stormed his Florida house in January.
According to document lawyers for the rapper filed in court, the cops took his awards, new Apple computers, hard drives with new music, jewelry and $28,000 in cash.
Kodak Black, real name Dieuson Octave, was sentenced to serve a year behind bars.
In April, he was sent to jail for probation violations, including driving on a suspended license and associating with people committing crimes.
The rapper was sentenced to 364 days in jail, with 90 days credited for the time served and he could be released by October.
Kodak is still facing prosecution for first-degree criminal sexual conduct after allegedly assaulting a teenage girl at a South Carolina hotel following a concert in 2016.
