L.A. Police Say Two Of Young Dolph Shooters Are Still At Large; Find Abandoned SUV
(AllHipHop News) Police in Los Angeles are still trying to figuring out who shot Young Dolph today (September 26).
According to the latest reports, Young Dolph was shot inside of a valet area of the Loews Hollywood Hotel and collapsed in front of Shoe Palace, at the Hollywood and Highland entertainment complex.
Police have arrested one man in connection to the incident, although it is not known if the man is the shooter.
Police announced they were searching for a gold Cadillac SUV in connection with the shooting, but it was found abandoned a short distance away from the crime scene.
LAPD officer Sal Ramirez said the shooting prompted hundreds of terrified tourists to scramble for cover.
Footage captured by Fox LA showed a man handcuffed on the sidewalk, immediately following the shooting, although it is not known what his connection to the incident is as of press time.
According to reports, Young Dolph was rushed to a nearby hospital where he is being treated for wounds that are not life-threatening.
This is the second time this year Young Dolph has been targeted to be killed. In February, his SUV was shot at over 100 times during CIAA Weekend.
Dolph made it out unharmed because his SUV was outfitted with $600,000 worth of bulletproof armor. The Memphis rapper later dropped an album titled Bulletproof taunting his aggressors.
In May, rapper Blac Youngsta and an associate turned himself in for shooting at Young Dolph. The motive for the February shooting appears to be connected to an ongoing feud between Young Dolph, and Blac Youngsta's label boss, Yo Gotti.
