LAPD To Investigate Playboy Mansion Sexual Assault Allegation Against Bill Cosby

THE POLICE ARE NOW INVESTIGATING A CLAIM AGAINST THE COMEDIAN

Almost a dozen women have come forward accusing Bill Cosby of sexual assault. Now, the police are getting involved.

Earlier this week, a woman named Judy Huth came forward and said she was a victim of Cosby’s in 1974 when she was 15-years-old, claiming that he gave her alcohol and sexually assaulted her to the Playboy Mansion.

Even though the case is past the statute of limitations, the LAPD told TMZ that they have “an obligation to investigate all crimes when a victim comes forward.”  This is the first claim against the comedian that the police are investigating.

Huth, 55, filed a lawsuit against Cosby but had not filed a criminal complaint with the LAPD. She is the first woman to say she assaulted by Cosby as a minor.
