(AllHipHop News) Athletes turning into rappers is certainly nothing new, but Le’Veon Bell has been in love with music since the 5th grade.
While the star runningback proves to be one of NFL’s most talented and dynamic players, he also wants to be #1 in the rap game.
The 27-year-old sat out all last season in a contract dispute with the Pittsburgh Steelers, which gave him time to perfect his craft in the studio.
Speaking with the Associated Press, Le’Veon Bell revealed a passion for rapping that started when he was young and has never left.
It was at age 15 when Bell recorded his first song. Fast forward to his second season with the Steelers in 2014, when he unleashed his first tracks. He debuted his EP Until The Post Interview in 2016.
While he’s faced some backlash over the years, he pays them no mind. Currently, Le’Veon Bell has over 500 songs recorded to choose from for his new EP, which includes songs with Snoop Dogg and the late Mac Miller.
