(AllHipHop News) Rapper Lil Durk has a real shot at freedom as he awaits trial for allegedly attempting to shoot and kill a man last February in Atlanta.
Durk was back in court today (June 20) for a hearing, where a judge set his bond at $250,000 for a shooting in the parking lot of The Varsity restaurant.
The cops claim Durk and two associates targeted a rival gang member named Alexander Witherspoon, who was reportedly targeted because he was flashing jewels, driving a nice car and in possession of over $30,000 in cash.
Last week, Durk was charged with criminal attempt to commit murder, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and unlawful association with a criminal street gang.
The cops have surveillance footage of Durk shooting his gun while he's driving, and say they also have an eyewitness to the crime.
If Lil Durk has the money, he could be released before the end of the week.
