(AllHipHop News) Eric “Eazy-E” Wright passed away on March 26, 1995. The N.W.A member - who was immortalized in the Straight Outta Compton biopic - created classic music as part of the West Coast rap group and as a solo act.
His legacy also includes fathering several children. One of those progenies is recording artist Lil Eazy-E (born Eric Wright Jr.). Besides making music, Lil Eazy appears on the We TV reality series Growing Up Hip Hop.
On tonight’s episode of GUHH, Lil Eazy expresses wanting to find out more information about his dad’s death. It has long been reported that the elder Eric died from complications connected to AIDS, but the younger Eric is questioning if foul play was actually involved.
In an exclusive sneak peek from the show, Lil Eazy sits down with No Limit Records founder Percy “Master P” Miller to talk about his father. Master P reflects on his personal history with Eazy-E, but he also offers a warning during a cutaway confessional.
"When you start digging up old stuff, you gotta watch out because you're just digging up stuff that you might not be prepared for," says Master P.
The full February 7 episode will show their extended conversation about the late Hip Hop legend. Growing Up Hip Hop airs Thursdays at 9 pm ET/8 pm CT on We TV. To stream previous episodes visit www.wetv.com.
