(AllHipHop News) Love & Hip Hop star Rashidah Ali received a warning from a Hackensack, New Jersey judge last week - adhere to your probation requirements or go to jail.
CliffViewPilot reports that Ali was in court on February 28th after she missed several appointments with her probation officer and failed to pay the restitution required under her plea agreement. Ali's $6,800 check to the Bergen County Probation Department bounced last year.
Ali was convicted of seven counts of fraudulent credit card use and theft by deception. She was originally admitted to a Pre-Trial Intervention program that would have cleared her of all charges if she fulfilled certain requirements.
The 30-year-old reality television star did not meet those requirements and was thrown out of the program. She was then convicted of her charges and placed on probation.
Ron Bar-Nadav, Ali's attorney, promised that his client will make her bi-weekly probation appointments and pay a minimum of $100 at each appointment or at least $200/month toward her restitution. Judge Liliana DeAvila-Silebi warned Ali that if she does not follow these promises she will be locked up.
