(AllHipHop News) Tommie Lee has dodged her huge child abuse case.
The "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star was sentenced on Friday (May 31st) after pleading guilty to five charges, which includes first-degree cruelty to children.
She was facing the felonies for banging her daughter's head into a locker at a middle school in October of 2018.
Then, she was arrested less than three hours after her release for violating a no-contact order, after she tried to speak to the child.
Last month, Tommi messed up again when she showed up to court drunk.
On Friday, the judge sentenced her to 10 years, but none behind bars.
Instead, Tommie was ordered to enroll and complete a residential recovery program, along with 12 months of aftercare with licensed doctors.
If she is able to behave correctly for the next decade, she will remain on probation as opposed to going to jail. Any slip up could result in immediate arrest.
Her agreement includes not having any sort of violent contact with a child, as well as travel restrictions outside the state of Georgia unless there is written approval.
In addition, she cannot be at any events where drugs or alcohol are present.
She also has an 11pm curfew, has to pay a $1,000 fine, and subject to random drug testing.
